低温下千丽2号、弄口早椒及其父母本抗氧化酶活性的变化

摘    要:以辣椒幼苗为试材,研究了杂交子代之间、子代与父母本之间抗氧化酶活性时低温逆境响应的差异.结果表明,低温胁迫后千丽2号的各个抗氧化酶活性均高于或接近两亲本中的较高一方.然而弄口早椒却基本介于两素本之间,特别是SOD活性上显著低于其父母本.在对两个子代的抗氧化酶活性进行分析时发现,千丽2号除了POD活性与弄口早椒相接近之外,其他的酶活性均明显高于弄口早椒.

Abstract:The differences were investigated between offspring and parents in tolerance to chilling.The results showed that the activity of the antioxidant enzymes of Qianli No.2 were higher than its parents,or to be close to the higher parent.But,those in Nongkou Zaojiao ranged two parents,especially the activity of SOD was lower than its parents.Except the activity of POD,the activity of other Antioxidant enzymes(APX,CAT,SOD) in Qianli No.2 was higher than that in Nongkou Zaojiao.
