| 摘 要： | 红枣生产加工过程中的残次品和枣渣作为饲料具有很大的开发价值。近年来,红枣饲用产品在猪、鸡、牛、羊中的应用日益增多。文章主要对我国红枣的营养成分、残次枣和枣渣的加工工艺及其在动物生产中的应用、发展前景和面临的问题等方面进行介绍,以期为红枣作为饲料在动物生产中的应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Residual jujube and jujube slag have great development value as feed during the production and processing of jujube. In recent years, more studies on the application of jujube feed products have been increasing in in pigs, chickens, cattle and sheep. It was reviewed about the nutrition composition of the jujube and the processing technology of residual jujube and jujube slag, while the application, development prospects and problems of the jujube as feed was introduced in animal production. Which to provide reference for jujube powder in animal production. It is hoped to provide a reference for the application of jujube as feed in animal production. |
