摘    要:采用田间小区试验,研究了3种不同栽培法对水稻光合特性、产量、糙米蛋白质含量及氨基酸组成的影响.结果表明:高蛋白高产栽培综合技术体系与三壮三高栽培法、习惯栽培法相比能明显改善水稻灌浆后期功能叶光合特性,提高籽粒产量、糙米蛋白质、氨基酸总量、人体7种必需氨基酸、猪11种必需氨基酸的含量.

Abstract:The influence of three cultivations on photosynthesis characteristic,yield of rice and contents of protein and amino acid in brown rice were investigated in field-plot experiment.The results showed that high-protein and high-yield integrative cultivation could significantly improve photosynthesis characteristic of functional leaves,increase yield of grain and contents of protein,total amino acid,7 mankinds essential amino acid and 11 pigs essential amino acid in brown rice compared with those of san-zhuang-san-gao-cultivation and conventional cultivation.
