青刺果黄酮对鸡血清抗体和血液生化指标的影响

摘    要:探讨了青刺果黄酮对鸡血清抗体和血液生化指标的影响.试验结果表明,青刺果黄酮组与对照组相比,21日龄时,IgM表现为极显著增加(p<0.01);28日龄时,IgG和IgM表现为显著增加(p<0.05);其他指标均有所提高,但差异不显著(p>0.05).各项血液生化指标与对照组相比差异不显著.青刺果黄酮可通过提高血清抗体水平来提高动物机体的免疫机能,且对机体各项血液生化指标无不良影响,有望作为天然免疫剂应用.

Abstract:Influence of flavonoid in Prinsepia utilis Royle on antibody and biochemical indexes in chicken blood was studied.Sixty 1-day-old chickens were divided into three groups randomly.Group Ⅰwas feed with basal diet.Feedstuffs of group Ⅱand group Ⅲ were supplemented with 200 and 400 mg/kg flavonoid of Prinsepia utilis Royle respectively.After 14,21 and 28d,the group which had the biggest weight increase was selected to sampling and mensurate antibody level and blood biochemical indexes.Compared with the contrast group,content of IgM in trial group after 21d increased significantly(p<0.01);the content of IgG and IgM in trial group increased significantly after 28 d(p<0.05).Others had no significant change(p>0.05).Each blood biochemical index had no significant change(p>0.05).Flavonoid in Prinsepia utilis Royle promoted organism immune level by raising antibody level.Meanwhile,it had no harmful influence on each blood biochemical Index.Therefore,Flavonoid in Prinsepia utilis Royle was hoped to be utilized as nature immunizing agent.
