| 摘 要： | 文章以中国农业科学院在“中国科研物资采购平台”采购管理中的应用为例,分析了科研物资采购管理中的问题,提出依托互联网技术,提高采购效率、缩短采购周期、节约采购资金、规范采购行为、实现科研物资采购的有痕管理、进行有效监管。

| Abstract: | This study took the application of Chinese academy of agricultural sciences in the procurement management of "China scientific research material procurement platform" as an example. It analyzed the problems in the materials purchase management in scientific research institution, the platform could greatly improve the efficiency of procurement, shorten the procurement cycle, save purchasing funds and standardize purchasing behavior, so as to achieve the tracking management of scientific research materials procurement and effective supervision. |
