| 摘 要： | 家庭康养花园为城市居民提供了亲近自然的途径，对促进居民的身心健康发挥着重要的功能。以“五感”康养体验的嗅觉体验为例，总结了芳香植物挥发物在康养花园中对人体健康的作用机理；并且从创意定位、设计原则、功能布局和植物配置等方面进行了家庭康养花园的设计与营建实践。通过文献梳理了花园案例中17种芳香植物的主要挥发物成分，结合基于“五感”的互动体验和“芳香”主题的园艺操作活动，阐明家庭康养花园对使用者积极的康养功能。

| Abstract: | The domestic wellness garden provides urban residents with access to nature and plays an important role in promoting residents'' physical and mental health. Taking the olfactory experience of five senses in horticultural experience as an example, the study summarized the effects and its mechanism of aromatic plants on human health in wellness garden. In addition, the design of domestic wellness garden was briefly introduced from the aspects of positioning, design principles, functional layout and plant configuration. Furthermore, the main volatile components of 17 aromatic plants sorted out through literature, combining the interactive experience based on five senses and fragrance themed horticultural operation activity, explained the positive health function of the domestic wellness garden to the participants. This work aims to provide certain guidance and reference for enthusiasts of domestic wellness garden, and play a certain role in the promotion and popularization of the domestic wellness garden. |
