| 摘 要： | 管理工作应当建立在服务的基础之上,并且应当在工作中正确把握"管"与"帮"、"引"与"控"、"斥"与"容"、"我"与"他"、"疏"与"堵"、"小"与"大"、"轻"与"重"之间的关系。这样,才能对工作进行全面性谋划与布局,抓重点工作关键环节,同时对工作进行合理部署与安排,并在制定正确措施的基础上,将工作落在实处,收到较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Management should be based on the service, and need to balance the relationship between the rule and the service, guidance and control, exclusion and inclusion, solipsism and selflessness, grooming and boycott, subtle and generous, as well as the easy and difficult. It can hence make an overall planning and layout, grasp the key work, reasonably arrange the work, adopt correct measures, and finally get expected results. |
