摘    要:鹿茸菇(Lyophyllum decastes)是一种珍稀的食药兼用菌。其作为高端食材,香味浓郁如同松茸,口味滑润类似牛肝菌,脆性、丝滑。营养价值高,子实体富含β-葡聚糖、膳食纤维、缩氨酸和矿物质、维生素。药用功能表现为对抑制肿瘤、治疗糖尿病、降低胆固醇和血压等有一定效果。我国上海浦东已成功实现人工商业化栽培,发展前景良好。

Abstract:Lyophyllum decastes is a new valuable edible and medicinal mushroom. It is used as a high-end ingredient of foodstuff, due to its fragrant like Tricholoma matsutake, and its taste similar to that of Boletus edulis. Not only is its nutritional value high, the fruiting body is rich in beta glucose, dietary fiber, peptides, and vitamins. It also shows potency in inhibiting tumor and diabetes, in lowering cholesterol and blood pressure, and in displaying other medicinal effects. Its artificial commercial cultivation has been successful in Pudong District, Shanghai, China. It has shown excellent prospects for development.
