摘    要:采用组织分离法对黑木耳菌丝生长期竞争性杂菌病害病原菌进行了分离纯化,通过传统形态学方法和ITS序列分析技术进行菌种鉴定,并对其生物学特性进行初步研究。结果表明,该菌经形态学和分子生物学鉴定确定为拟青霉属真菌(Paecilomyces formosus),尚未见其他有关该菌危害黑木耳生产的报道。菌种生物学特性研究表明,该菌菌丝生长的适宜温度范围为30℃~35℃,最适温度35℃;在培养基pH 6~9条件下,菌丝均生长良好,偏酸性条件下菌丝生长略优于碱性条件。

Abstract:The tissue separation method was used to isolate and purify the pathogenic of the fungus diseases of Auricularia auricula mycelium during the growth period.The strains were identified by traditional morphological methods and ITS sequence analysis techniques,and their biological characteristics were preliminary studied.The results showed that the strain was identified as Paecilomyces formosus by morphology and molecular biology,and no other reports have been reported that the fungus has harmed the production of A.auricula.Studies on the biological characteristics of P.formosus indicate that the suitable temperature range for the mycelium growth is 30℃-35℃and the optimum temperature at 35℃,under the condition of pH 6-9 the mycelium grow well,and the P.formosus under acidic conditions mycelium growth is slightly better than alkaline conditions.
