不同品种灵芝多糖得率及其体外抗氧化活性的差异研究

摘    要:以12种不同品种灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)为材料,采用超声辅助水提法提取灵芝粗多糖。结果表明,不同品种灵芝多糖得率为0.604%~2.590%,DPPH自由基的清除能力54.9%~95.0%,还原能力范围0.207~0.417。其中日本进口品种(1号)灵芝的粗多糖得率最高为2.59%(25.9 mg·g-1),并具有最高的DPPH自由基的清除能力及还原力,分别为95%、0.417。对1号灵芝粗多糖进行分离和纯化,得到精制多糖,经傅里叶变换红外光谱对其结构进行初步研究发现,1号灵芝精制多糖具有C-O键、C-H键、-OH等多种多糖特征键。通过测定12个不同品种灵芝多糖的含量及体外抗氧化能力,明确了各品种灵芝间多糖含量及抗氧化活性的差异,为灵芝多糖的提取及对不同品种灵芝多糖抗氧化活性的利用提供了理论支持。

Abstract:Uses 12 different varieties of Ganoderma lucidum as materials, extracting G. lucidum, polysaccharides by ultrasonic assisted water extraction(UAE). The results showed that the yield of G. lucidum polysaccharide in different varieties was 0.604%-2.590%. The DPPH free radical scavenging ability and the reducing power were in 54.9%-95% and 0.207-0.417, respectively.No.1 G. lucidum has the highest polysaccharide yield of 2.59%(25.9 mg·g-1), its DPPH free radical scavenging ability is 94%,and the reducing power is 0.417. Polysaccharide obtained from No.1 is separated and purified to obtain a refined polysaccharide, and its structure is studied by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). It was found that G. lucidum polysaccharides have various polysaccharide characteristic bonds, such as C-O bond,-OH and C-H bond. Though the content and antioxidant activity of polysaccharides of 12 different varieties of G. lucidum were measured, the differences of polysaccharides content and antioxidant activity among different varieties of G. lucidum were specified, which provided experimental support for the extraction of polysaccharides and the utilization of antioxidant activity of polysaccharides of different varieties of G. lucidum.
