摘    要:葛根是豆科葛属多年生落叶藤本植物野葛的干燥根,以葛根提取有效活性成分后的废渣为主料,试验不同的基质配方栽培猴头菇。结果表明,当葛根废渣添加量达到50%时,葛根废渣替代传统桦栎木木屑,能够提高菌丝生长速率和生物学效率,缩短栽培周期,降低管理成本,产品营养成分含量高。利用葛根废渣为主料栽培猴头菇,可有效减少林木类原料的使用量,促进中药材企业排放废渣的高效资源化利用,符合食用菌产业绿色、环保、可持续的发展方向。

Abstract:The experiment plan different substrates to cultivate Hericium erinaceus with puerariae residue. The test results show that the addition amount of puerariae residue reaches 50%, compared to the contrast, the substrate can increase the mycelial growth rate and biological efficiency, shorten the cultivation period, reduce the management cost,the nutrient content of product is higher. Using puerariae residue replace sawdust to cultivate H. erinaceus, can reduces the usage amount of sawdust and romote the pharmaceutical company to exploit the residue, conform the developmental way of edible fungi industry for sustainable development and environment friendly.
