黄菊真空薄层干燥特性研究

摘    要:在真空干燥箱内对黄菊进行干燥处理,研究干燥温度对物料干燥特性的影响,并计算水分变化规律与page和logarithmic干燥模型的吻合程度。结果表明,黄菊干燥速率随温度的升高而加快,45和65℃条件下logarithmic模型与水分变化规律吻合较好,而55℃条件下page模型与水分s变化规律的吻合度较高,有效扩散率为2.448×10-9~6.246×10-9m2/s。

Research on Vacuum Thin-layer Drying Characteristics of Yellow Chrysanthemum

Abstract:The yellow chrysanthemum was dried in vacuum drying oven to research the influence of drying temperature on the drying characteristics of materials and calculate the consistent degree between water varying law and Page and logarithmic drying models.The results showed that the drying rate of yellow chrysanthemum was accelerated along with the increase of temperature;at 45 and 60 ℃,the logarithmic model was more consistent with water varying law;at 55 ℃,the consistent degree between page model and water varying law was higher and its effective diffusivity was 2.448×10-9-6.246×10-9 m2/s.
