香菇菇渣混配基质对草莓幼苗生长和光合作用的影响

摘    要:【目的】为了探明香菇菇渣基质替代草炭的可行性,为菇渣作为有机基质的资源化利用提供理论基础。【方法】以经过充分腐熟的香菇菇渣为材料,与草炭按照不同体积进行混配,形成香菇菇渣混配基质,研究不同混配基质对草莓幼苗的营养生长、根系活力及光合指标的影响。【结果】处理T4显著提高了草莓幼苗的干重积累量、鲜重、株高和茎粗等生长指标;处理T4的根系活力比对照CK提升了16.3%,其他处理与对照相比差异不显著;处理T4增加了草莓幼苗叶片中的叶绿素a含量,而其他处理显著降低了草莓幼苗叶片中的叶绿素b含量,处理T4对草莓叶片中的叶绿素总量影响不显著;处理T4显著提高了草莓幼苗叶片的净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度、水分利用率,降低了气孔限制值。【结论】处理T4(75%草炭+25%香菇菇渣基质)较适合草莓幼苗的生长,建议推广使用。

Abstract:Objective] The feasibility of spent mushroom substrate (SMS) instead of peat was studied,and it was a theoretical basis for SMS as organic media.Methods] The effects of different mixed substrate on the growth,root vigor and photosynthetic indexes of strawberry seedlings were studied by mixing with different volume of peat and SMS..Results] Dry weight accumulation,fresh weight,plant height and stalk width of treatment T4 were promoted;root vigor of treatment T4 was increased 16.3 % to CK,and it was no significant difference among the other treatments and CK;chlorophyll a content of treatment T4 was increased,while chlorophyll b content of other treatments were significantly reduced,it was no significant difference between treatment T4 and CK;photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO2 concentration,water use efficiency of treatment T4 were significantly increased,the stomatal limitation of treatment T4 was reduced.Conclusion] It was recommended 25 % peat and 75% SMS as strawberry seedling growth media.
