| 摘 要： | 【目的】为探究凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagulans)Liu-g1对不同性别北京油鸡生长性能、血清指标及脏器系数的影响。【方法】选取4周龄北京油鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组公、母各3个重复,每个重复10只,分笼饲养:对照组饲喂基础饲粮,低、中、高剂量组饲喂添加B.coagulans Liu-g1冻干菌粉(7.3×1010CFU/g)的基础饲粮,添加量分别为10、100和1 000mg/kg,试验期70d。【结果】结果表明:(1)饲粮添加B.coagulans Liu-g1可有效降低公、母油鸡死亡率,对降低母油鸡死亡率效果更佳。(2)饲粮添加100 mg/kg B.coagulans Liu-g1显著提高公油鸡血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量,显著降低母油鸡血清甘油三酯和尿素含量(P0.05)。(2)饲粮添加100mg/kg B.coagulans Liu-g1,母油鸡脾脏和肠道系数显著升高;添加1 000mg/kg B.coagulans Liu-g1,母油鸡法氏囊系数显著降低(P0.05)。【结论】B.coagulans Liu-g1对不同性别北京油鸡作用效果存在差异,对母油鸡的作用更明显且最佳添加量为100mg/kg。

| Abstract: | Objective] The study was to investigate the effects of Bacillus Coagulans on growth performance,serum indices and organ indicators of Beijing fatty chickens.Methods]240 4-weeks-old Beijing fatty chickens were randomly allocated to 4 groups with 6 replicates of each group and 10 chickens of each replicate (3 replicates of male chickens and 3 replicates of female chickens per group).Fatty chickens in control group were fed with basal diet,and the others in low-dose,moderate-dose or highdose groups were fed with basal diet that added 10,100 or 1 000 mg/kg Bacillus Coagulans (viable count was 7.3 × 1010 CFU/g),respectively.The experiment lasted for 70 days.Results]The results showed that:(1) Bacillus Coagulans significantly decreased the mortality rates of both male and female fatty chickens,and the effect was more obvious in female fatty chickens.(2)The Diet added with 100 mg/kg Bacillus Coagulans Liu-g1 significantly increased the contents of total protein(TP) and albumin(ALB) in serum in male fatty chickens and significantly decreased the contents of serum triglyceride(TG) and urea(UREA) in female fatty chickens(P＜0.05).(3) The Diet added with 100 mg/kg Bacillus Coagulans Liu-g1 significantly increased the spleen and intestine indicators in female chickens and the diet added with 1 000 mg/kg Bacillus Coagulans Liu-gl significantly decreased the bursa of fabricius indicators in female fatty chickens(P＜0.05).Conclusion]It was concluded that the effects of Bacillus Coagulans showed a difference in male and female fatty chickens,which was more effective in female ones,and the diet added with 100 mg/kg Bacillus Coagulans gave the best results. |
