| 摘 要： | 案例法在高校管理学教学中体现了"以生为本"的教育理念,可以满足应用型人才培养的要求,应积极推进这种教学方式.但是,案例法在教学中也存在案例教学意识不到位,教学案例资源不充分,案例教学设计不合理,教学评价机制不完备等问题.为此,应着力提高案例教学意识,完备教学案例资源,合理设计教学环节,完善教学评价机制,以进一步提高高校管理学教学质量,培养出合格的应用型人才.

| Abstract: | The case method in the management teaching of colleges and universities should be
actively promoted, because it reflects the student oriented educational philosophy, and meets the needs of
application-oriented personnel training. At present, there are still some problems in the teaching, such as
the lack of the awareness of case teaching, the lack of teaching resources, the unreasonable design of case
teaching, the incomplete teaching evaluation mechanism and so on. Therefore, some countermeasures
should be taken, such as improving the case teaching consciousness, completing teaching case resources,
reasonable designing the teaching, improving the teaching evaluation mechanism , developing the case
teaching, in order to improve the teaching quality of management, cultivate qualified applied talents |
