| 摘 要： | 随着城市化进程的快速推进,在城郊出现了一种既具有城市社区特点又保留农村社区特征的"过渡型社区".失地农民、流动人口等"过渡型人群"共存于这一特殊的空间形态之下,产生了一系列治理难题.促进社区的有效治理,有赖于培育丰富的社会资本.传统强关系破碎、人口流动性提高、居民异质性增强和缺乏信息沟通桥都会影响"过渡型社区"社会资本的存量和质量,为此必须重构社区的社会资本.发掘和培育"过渡型社区"的社会资本,需要通过政府、社区组织、社区居民等多方的努力,充分利用各自的资源优势,培养居民间的信任关系,提高社区归属感和认同感,激发参与热情,增进失地农民和流动人口的互助合作,从而促进社区的善治,推动"过渡型社区"的和谐发展.

| Abstract: | With the development of urbanization in our country, there appeared a kind of transitional
community ,that has characteristics of rural communities as well as urban communities in the suburb of
cities. "Transitional crowd" such as landless peasants and migrant population coexist in this special space
form, which has resulted in a series of governance problems. In order to promote community governance
effectively, it depends on the cultivation of rich social capital. Breaking traditional strong relationship,
population mobility, population heterogeneity and lack of information communication bridge will affect the
quantity and quality of transitional community social capital, so we must reconstruct the community social
capital. |
