| Abstract: | The institutional supply of rural informal finance includes the subjects that provide institutions,the content of institutions and the channels of institutional change.Normalization of RIF calls for institutional supply at different levels and from various subjects of supply which could be endogenous and/or exogenous.Such institutions,involving private property rights,market admittance and withdrawal,interest rate etc.,are significant when it comes to its content.Institutional evolvement needs updating series of policy arrangements and relies on the channels restructuring RIF and perfecting its institutions. |
