| 摘 要： | 对黄土丘陵区生态农业建设的前提条件和现状进行了分析，明确提出了生态农业建设的目标。并在１９９８年７月实地调查研究的基础上，对实现该目标投资情况进行了计算和分析得出；黄土高原生态农业建设，每平方公里需投资３．２８７×１０＾５元，其中群众自己需投资２．２５８×１０＾５元，国家投资１．０２９×１０＾５元。
