| 摘 要： | 针对目前高等农林院校农业机械化专业人才培养过程中存在人才结构不够优化、人才培养不够系统的问题,通过对目前我国农机行业要求农机专业人才所具备技能类型及人才分类培养模式的系统研究,提出以"3+1"订单式校企联合培养模式为基础,以科研创新型、应用技术型、管理型三种类型为方向,对农机专业人才分类培养的高等农林院校现代化农机专业卓越人才的培养模式。

| Abstract: | Considering that the personnel structure of modern agricultural machinery is not optimized and talent cultivation mode not systematic in the training process in agriculture and forestry colleges, through systematically research on that the types of professional skills which talents of agricultural machinery specialty should have been grasped and classification of training model in agricultural machinery industry in China recently, the training mode of modern agricultural machinery specialty in Agricultural Colleges was proposed. This mode is based on the model of "3+1" classified into type of scientific and innovation, type of applied technology and Management type to cultivate talents of modern agricultural machinery specialty. |
