| 摘 要： | 目的]探索猪圆环病毒与猪附红细胞体混合感染的诊断方法与防制措施。方法]分别从发病情况、临床症状、病理解剖、诊断防制措施等方面对猪圆环病毒与猪附红细胞体混合感染进行介绍。结果]猪圆环病毒与猪附红细胞体混合感染可引起断奶猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS);其病征为体温高、贫血、黄疸、精神沉郁,消瘦、发育障碍,同时出现贫血、黄疸、发热等症状;诊断方法有血液压片镜检、血清学检测、猪圆环病毒(PCV)的PCR检测等;防制措施有加强饲养管理、防止继发感染、综合防治、对症治疗等。结论]该研究为养猪业可能发生的猪圆环病毒与猪附红细胞体混合感染提供了防治方法。

| Abstract: | The objective of the study is to explore the diagnosis and control measures of porcine circovirus and Eperythrozoon suis mixed infection. The paper has introduced the diagnosis and control measures of porcine circovirus and Eperythrozoon suis mixed infection in pathogenesis,clinic symptoms,pathologic anatomy,diagnosis and control measures.Porcine circovirus and Eperythrozoon suis mixed infection can cause weaned pig multisystemic wasting syndrome(PMWS),with symptoms of high body temperature,anemia,Jaundice,spiritual depression,emaciation,and cortical development;and appearing symptoms of anemia,Jaundice,and fever.The diagnosis methods are as follows: blood tabletting microscopy,serologic examination test,porcine circovirus PCR examination,etc.The control measures include to strengthen feed management,controlling secondary infection,comprehensive control,expectant treatment,etc.This paper has provided control measures for the occurrence of porcine circovirus and Eperythrozoon suis mixed infection occurred in pig industry. |
