| 摘 要： | 摘要：农业保险是农村社会转型的“蓄水池”,是经济发展的“稳定器”。随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进,如何发挥农业保险在服务“三农”、增加农民收入、提高农业防灾减灾方面的抓手的“助推器”作用,是当前亟待解决的重要课题。文章从我国农业保险发展现状入手,分析了乡村振兴背景下农业保险面临的弊端,基于乡村振兴背景提出了我国农业保险发展的策略。

Thoughts on the development of agricultural insurance under the background of Rural Revitalization |

| Abstract: | Abstract: agricultural insurance is the "reservoir" of rural social transformation and the "stabilizer" of economic development. With the in-depth promotion of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, how to give full play to the role of agricultural insurance as a "booster" in serving "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", increasing farmers'' income and improving agricultural disaster prevention and reduction is an important issue to be solved urgently. Starting with the development status of agricultural insurance in China, this paper analyzes the disadvantages of agricultural insurance under the background of rural revitalization, and puts forward the development strategy of agricultural insurance in China based on the background of Rural Revitalization. |
