摘    要:目的]探讨粗壮女贞无性繁殖的最佳扦插方式。方法]以硬枝扦插和短穗扦插的穗条为试材,研究粗壮女贞不同季节扦插、ABT6号20mg/kg浸泡1h处理后扦插和不同枝条来源对扦插成活率的影响,以及不同扦插密度、光照和土壤肥力对苗木质量的影响。结果]硬枝扦插在2月下旬和10月中旬扦插的成活率达46.8%~48.8%,短穗扦插在9月上、下旬扦插的成活率在53.5%~77.8%。生根剂处理后硬枝和短穗扦插的生根发芽的株数分别比对照高22.7%和64.6%。不同枝条来源中,以实生苗枝条的生根率最高。光照处理中,插后及时除去遮阴物的处理可提高成活率。土壤肥力对苗木质量有较大影响。结论]粗壮女贞的无性繁殖以ABT6号处理后在9月份短穗扦插的效果最佳,扦插成活率可提高到86.7%以上,扦插育苗密度以80~150株/m2为宜。

Study on Key Technology for Asexual Reproduction of Ligustrum robustum

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to discuss the optimum cutting mode for the asexual reproduction of Ligustrum robustum.Method] With the scions of hard cuttings and short cuttings as the tested materials,the effects of cutting in different seasons,cutting after soaking treatment with ABT 6 for 1 h and the different scion origins on the cutting survival rate as well as the effects of different cuttage density,illumination and soil fertility on the nursery stock quality were studied.Result] The hard cuttings had the survival rate of 46.8%-48.8% in late February and middle October,the short cuttings had the survival rate of 53.5%-77.8% in early and late September.After treatment by ABT 6,the plant number with rooting and sprouting from the hard cuttings and the short cuttings were increased by 22.7% and 64.6% resp.compared with CK.Among the different scion origins,the branches from the seedlings could get the highest rooting rate.In the illumination treatments,the treatment of removing the shade in time after cutting could increase the survival rate.The soil fertility had greater effects on the nursery stock quality.Conclusion] In the cutting modes for the asexual reproduction of L.robustum,the treatment with the short cuttings made in September after treating by ABT 6 could get optimum effects,with the cutting survival rate being increased to above 86.7%.The cutting seedling density of 80-150 plants/m2 was advisable.
