Box-Benhnken设计优化鼠曲草类黄酮超声波辅助提取工艺

摘    要:基于单因素试验结果,采用4因素5水平的Box-Benhnken设计,优化超声波辅助提取鼠曲草类黄酮的关键工艺参数.结果表明,类黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度35℃、乙醇含量73%、超声波功率350 W、料液比1∶35,在此工艺条件下,超声波辅助提取50 min,类黄酮的提取率可达15.25%.

Optimization of ultrasound-assisted extraction of flavonoids from Gnaphlium affine by Box-Benhnken Design
Abstract:A four-factor-five-level Box-Benhnken Design was applied to optimize the parameters of ultrasound-assisted extraction of flavonoids from Gnaphlium affine D. Don. Basing on single factor experiments, extraction temperature, ethanol content, ultrasonic power and solid-liquid ratio were investigated. Results showed that the optimal ultrasound-assisted conditions of flavonoids were as follows:extraction temperature, 35 ℃;ethanol content, 73%;ultrasound power, 350 W;solid-to-liquid ratio, 1 ∶ 35. Under this condition and to be extracted for 50 minutes, the maximum extraction rate of flavonoid was 15.25%.
