茉莉花茶降血糖作用的观察

摘    要:对正常大鼠和链脲佐菌素(STZ)高血糖造模大鼠灌胃茉莉花茶茶汤,测定灌胃茶汤前后大鼠的血糖浓度和糖耐量,研究茉莉花茶对大鼠的降血糖作用.结果表明:对禁食12 h的正常大鼠灌胃600 mg·kg-1茉莉花茶茶汤后其血糖浓度有所下降;连续30 d灌胃600 mg·kg-1茶汤,正常大鼠的血糖浓度略有下降;茶汤能提高正常大鼠的糖耐量,减小血糖曲线下面积;不同剂量茶汤对STZ高血糖造模大鼠的血糖均有一定的控制作用,并在300~600 mg·kg-1范围内呈一定的量效关系.

Study on the hypoglycemic effect of Jasmine tea
Abstract:To investigate the hypoglycemic efficacy of Jasmine tea, healthy and streptozotocin ( STZ) element hyperglycemia SD rats were fasted and infused stomach with Jasmine tea soap, and glucose level and glucose tolerance before and after infusion were com-pared. Results showed that 600 mg?kg-1 Jasmine tea slightly lowered glucose level of healthy rats which fasted for 12 hours. On the 30th day of consecutive infusion, 600 mg?kg-1 of Jasmine tea significantly lowered blood glucose level ( P<0.05) . Corresponding-ly, glucose tolerance of health SD rats increased reffering to the decreased cumulative area in glucose tolerance curve. Comparing with healthy rats, Jasmine tea at the dose of 300 and 600 mg?kg-1 were both effective in lowering glucose levels of STZ hyperglyce-mia SD rats.
