| 摘 要： | 采用根箱法和大田根土切片法，结合CID-600图象分析系统对烤烟根系构型和动态建成规律进行了研究，结果表明，烤烟根系生物量随土层深度增加呈指数递减，以0~20 cm土层中的最高；不同生育时期根系构型均呈“T”型，主要由一级侧根决定，其分布的角度范围为0~90°，其生物量集中在20°~50°区间，占总量的60.7%，二级侧根数量
