大豆异黄酮对樱桃谷鸭脂质代谢的影响

摘    要:将1日龄樱桃谷鸭160只随机分为4个处理组,每组8个重复,每个重复5只,公母各半.1组饲喂基础日粮, 2、3、4组饲喂基础日粮+5、10、15 mg/kg大豆异黄酮,试验期42 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,母鸭添加组中10 mg/kg剂量组的屠宰率升高(P>0.05),皮脂率、腹脂率分别降低17.62%、45%(P<0.05);15 mg/kg剂量组腿肌率和瘦肉率分别升高15.72%、11.04%(P<0.05),皮脂率降低8.05%(P<0.05);公鸭添加组中5 mg/kg剂量组腹脂率比对照组提高了165%(P<0.05).母鸭添加组血清TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C的含量和LPL活力均无显著变化(P>0.05);公鸭添加组5 mg/kg剂量组的LDL-C比对照组提高了4.39%(P<0.05).

Abstract:A 42-day experiment was conducted to study the effects of soybean isoflavone on lipld metabolism of Cherry Valley duck. 160(80 males and 80 females) 1-day-old ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group contained 8 duplication of 5 ducks. Group 1 was fed on basal diet (control),group 2, group 3 and group 4 were fed on basal diet supplemented with 5,10,15 mg/kg soybean isoflavone,respectively. The results showed that, compared with control, slaughter rate of female ducks fed on basal diet supplemented with 10 mg/kg soybean isoflavone increased(P>0. 05),subcutaneous fat percentage and belly fat percentage decreased 17. 62 % and 45 %(P<0. 05),respectively. In group which fed on basal diet supplemented with 15 mg/kg soybean isoflavone,leg muscle rate and lean meat percentage increased 15. 72 % and 11. 04 %(P<0. 05) ,respectively,subcutaneous fat percentage decreased 8.05 %(P<0, 05). The belly fat percentage of male ducks that fed on basal diet supplemented with 5 mg/kg soybean isoflavone increased 165 %(P<0. 05) compared with control. The content of serum TC,TG,LDL-C, HDL-C and LPL activity of female ducks fed on basal diet supplemented with soybean isoflavone had no significant change,LDL-content of male ducks fed on basal diet supplemented with 5 mg/kg soybean isoflavone incre- ased 4.39 %(P<0.05).
