| 摘 要： | 结构性碳水化合物是反刍动物的一种必需营养素.奶牛日粮中含有适当比例的结构性碳水化合物,对其健康、高产有重要意义.本文总结归纳了国内外有关结构性碳水化合物的相关研究文献和资料,分析了结构性碳水化合物对奶牛瘤胃发酵内环境及终产物的调控作用;对生产性能的影响以及中性洗涤纤维有效性的研究方法等,为科学配制奶牛日粮,实现高效饲养提供依据.

| Abstract: | Structural carbohydrate is a kind of indispensable nutrients for ruminants, and the certain proportion of carbohydrates in the diet benefits health and production of dairy cattle. Based on the summarization of relevant research literature on structural carbohydrates, regulation function and effects of structural carbohydrates on the inner environment and metabolites of rumen fermentation, production of dairy cows were discussed to provide references for analysis of effective NDF, diet formulation and profitable dairy cattle industry. |
