外源NO对辣椒幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

摘    要:采用水培养方法,研究了外源NO供体硝普钠(SNP)对辣椒幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明:在水培养下,低浓度SNP可促进辣椒根和苗生长,提高叶片Chl a和Chl b含量以及根系活力,降低MDA含量;较高浓度SNP处理,作用相反。低浓度SNP对辣椒根系和叶片SOD、CAT、POD活性提高有促进作用,当SNP浓度增大,除POD活性继续增大外,SOD、CAT活性受到抑制。
