| 摘 要： | 为了保护植物育种者的权利和利益,使育种者能从新品种的选育、生产和销售中收回投资和获得利润,鼓励继续投资和培育新品种,我国于1999年4月23日正式实施<中华人民共和国植物薪品种保护条例>,对植物新品种进行知识产权保护.本文综述了我国林业植物保护制度实施后的总体概况、特点,以及与国际植物新品种保护联盟(upov)近期的合作与交流.结合桉树在我国的发展利用前景,和近15a来全面系统的引种、改良和良种选育成果,认为桉树是我国南方最具林业产业化的人工林树种,也是林业最具植物新品种保护的树种之一.

| Abstract: | In order to protect the rights andinterests of breeding men and make them recall in-vestment and gain interests from the selectivebreeding,production and sail of new varieties,and encourage them to continue investment andcultivate new varieties,China carried out Regula-tions of the People's Republic of China on theProtection of New Varieties of Plants on April 23,1999 to protect intelligent property rights of plantnew varieties.In this paper,the author reviewsthe overall general situation and characteristic aftercarrying out the protection system of Chinese for-estry plants and the recent cooperating actives andexchange technology and information with OUPV.Combining the development prospects of Eucalyp-tus plantations in China with the accomplishmentof overall and systematic introduction,improve-ment and superior clone selected during the past15 years,it can been seen that Eucalyptus is oneof planting tree species with the most prospects forforestry industrialization and imminence to protectin southem China. |
