| 摘 要： | 通过对重庆开县近几年建设用地的详实数据进行分析,得出当前全县建设用地基本现状及各类建设用地几年来的变化情况;并根据开县经济社会发展要求,辅以建设用地二、三产业增加值等为参考指标体系,分析其建设用地节约集约利用水平提高的长期变化趋势;此外还分析了开县建设用地集约节约利用中存在的问题和原因,最后,提出促进开县建设用地节约和集约利用的对策建议.

| Abstract: | Kaixian is a large agriculture region in Chongqing province.Some of the land was submerged by the Reservoir of Three Jorge.With the increase of population and rapid economic development,the contradiction between human being and land was increasingly acute.Construction land data in recent few years and the change of the construction land were analyzed,according to the need of economic and social development in Kaixian,as well as the added value of secondary industry and tertiary industry.The save utility level of construction land in Kaixian was greatly improved.Problems in save utility level of construction land were discussed and countermeasure was provided. |
