锌氨基酸螯合物对断奶仔猪补饲效果的研究

摘    要:试验选用杜洛克×长白×约克夏29日龄断奶仔猪45头,随机接受基础饲粮相同、添加100 mg/kg(以锌计)由无机锌(ZnSO4)和有机锌(Zn-AAC)组成的5种处理饲粮,研究不同配合比例的Zn-AAC与ZnSO4对断奶仔猪生长性能和血液指标的影响。28 d试验,分前期(1~14 d)和后期(15~28 d)两阶段。结果表明:用Zn-AAC分别取代ZnSO4的40%、60%、80%和100%,与对照组(ZnSO40%)比较,试验前期ADG分别提高22.0%(P>0.05)、38.5%(P<0.01)、32.6%(P<0.05)、26.2%(P<0.05),ADFI分别提高24.6%(P<0.05)、25.3%(P<0.05)、23.5%(P<0.05)、23.8%(P<0.05);试验后期所有含Zn-AAC组ADFI增加(P>0.05);FCR Zn-AAC 60%组全期提高4.2%(P<0.05);80%和100%的Zn-AAC组,血清锌浓度分别比对照增加1.63倍(P<0.01)和1.46倍(P<0.01),随着Zn-AAC取代量提高,血清IgG含量增加(P>0.05),各组血清ALP活性无显著差异。结论:断奶仔猪补饲常规剂量的锌氨基酸络合物,与ZnSO4比较,能够提高仔猪ADG和ADFI,增加血清锌浓度;有机锌与无机锌合用时饲喂效果优于单一使用,其最佳配合比例为Zn-AAC 60%加ZnSO440%。

Abstract:Forty five hybrid pigs of 29 days old were selected and randomly allotted to one of five di-etary treatments.All ani mals were fed with the same basic diet supplied 100 mg/kg of zinc but withdifferent proportions of organic zinc(Zn-AAC) andinorganic zinc(ZnSO4).This study exploredtheeffect of different proportions of Zn-AACand ZnSO4onthe growth performance and blood charactersof weaning pigs.The 28-daytrial includedtwo phases of day 1 to day 14 and day 15 to day 28.Dataobtainedin this studyshow:Fromday 1 to day 14,the ADGof pigletsin group 2,3,4 and 5 increas-es by 22.0 %(P>0.05),38.5%(P<0.01),32.6%(P<0.05),and 26.2 %(P<0.05),re-spectively,and ADFI,by 24.6 %(P<0.05),25.3%(P<0.05),23.5%(P<0.05),and 23.8 %(P<0.05),respectively,whencompared withthe control piglets.Fromday 15 to day 28,all ani malsfed with Zn-AAC display higher ADFI than those in the control group(P>0.05),with no signifi-cant change in ADG.Fromday 1 to day 28,piglets fed diets with 60 %of Zn-AAC have statisticali mprovement in FCR(P<0.05).Furthermore,the concentrations of serumzinc of those piglets feddiets with 80 %and 100 %of Zn-AACare 1.63-fold and 1.46-fold higher thanthat of the control(P<0.01).The amount of IgGin the serumrose up as the percentage of Zn-AACincreases(P>0.05).The activity of ALPin the serumof those ani mals does not vary significantly.In conclusion,the supplementation of zinc amino acid chelates with normal dosage canincrease the ADG,ADFI,thezinc concentrationin the serum.The combination of organic(Zn-AAC) andinorganic(ZnSO4) zincis superior to either one.The opti mal proportion of Zn-AACto ZnSO4is 60∶40.
