| 摘 要： | 目的]分析石榴花蜂蜜中黄酮含量。方法]以丙酮为萃取剂,以芦丁为标准对照品,采用分光光度法测定了2011年和2012年采集的24个云南蒙自石榴花蜂蜜样品的总黄酮含量。结果]2011年石榴花蜂蜜黄酮平均含量(2.36±1.36)mg/100g,显著高于2012年平均含量(1.71±0.53)mg/100g。各年不同生产批次蜂蜜黄酮含量的比较分析结果表明,石榴不同花期生产的蜂蜜中黄酮含量表现出先升后降的规律,盛花期蜂蜜黄酮含量最高,末花期次之,初花期最低。结论]该研究结果为特色蜂蜜——石榴花蜂蜜的开发利用、功能研究提供了参考。
