苹果梨果实衰老与膜脂过氧化作用的关系

摘    要:以苹果梨为材料,研究了采后果实衰老与膜脂过氧化作用的关系.结果表明,苹果梨后熟衰老时,膜透性增大,丙二醛含量上升,好果率降低;“呼吸峰”和过氧化物酶(POD)活性第二次高峰的出现反映出果实的衰老;膜脂过氧化作用是苹果梨果实衰老的重要原因.

Abstract:The apple-pear fruit was used to investigate the relationship between the senescence and membrane lipid peroxidation. The results showed that the membrane permeability and mal-onialdehyde content increased, but the good fruit rate decreased as the apple-pear became senescent and softening. The peak of respiratory rate and the second peak of POD activity reflected the senescence of apple-pear fruit. The increasment of membrane lipid proxidation was the main reason caused the senescence of apple-pear fruits.
