| 摘 要： | 蕉柑（ＣｉｔｒｕｓｔａｎｋａｎＴａｎａｋａ）大孢子和珠心胚发生发育过程的解剖观察结果表明：（１）蕉柑大孢子发生发育过程比正常品种明显滞后；（２）蕉柑的胚珠和胚囊在发育过程中陆续出现严重败育；（３）仅有极少数胚珠能存活并产生珠心胚发育为多胚种子．因此，蕉柑的果实少核或无核．

Genesis and developments of megaspore and nucellar embryo in Jiaogan |

| Abstract: | The anatomical observations were carried out to study the genesis and developments of megaspore and nucellar embryo in Jiaogan (Citrus tankan Tanaka). The results were as follows: (1) the genesis and developments of megaspore and embryo sac in Jiaogan remarkably lagged behind compared with other seeded citrus cultivars; (2) the ovules and embryo sacs of Jiaogan were seriously abortive one after another in the process of their developments; (3) there were only few ovules which could live and produce nucellar embryos to form poly embryonic seeds. Therefore,the fruits of Jiaogan were oligospermous or seedless. |
