摘    要:我国农业科学技术在近十几年有了长足发展,取得了丰硕的科技成果,产生了巨大的经济社会效益,科技进步在农业增产中的份额已达到35%以上,为我国农业和农村经济的发展作出了重要贡献,推动了我国农业现代化建设的进程。然而,从农业现代化的内涵、我国农业科技与世界先进水平的差距,及我国的国情来看,实现我国农业现代化必须以科技为先导,并且农业科技要率先跃居世界先进水平。为此,要深化我国农业科技体制改革,农业科研工作从解决农业持续发展的关键技术和农业应用基础性研究两方面展开,以进一步发挥农业科技的作用,努力早日实现我国农业现代化。

Abstract:In the past decades, agricultural science and technology in China have made considerable progress and obtained a number of achievements. They have produced great social and economic benefits. Scientific progress has accounted for more than 35% in the increase of agricultural production. It has made great contribution to China agricultrue and the development of Chinese rural economy, and promoted the course of agricultural modernization. However; according to the intension of agricultural modernization, the gap between Chinese agricultural science and technology and the world advanced level and the present situation of our country, to realize the modernization of agriculture must take science and technology as the guidance and make agricultural science and technology reach advanced level in the world. Therefore, we should deepen the reform of our agricultural science and technology system, focusing agricultural research work on solving key technical problems in sustainable development of agriculture and on applied basic researches in agriculture. We should bring the role of agricultural science and technology in agricultural production and rural economy into further play and strive for realizing agricultural modernization in China earlier.
