摘    要:为探索不同处理方法对朝天椒生长及品质的影响,以贵州地方朝天椒品种遵辣6号、遵辣9号和遵辣10号为试验材料,播种前对种子进行超声波处理,于辣椒定植期在根部施用草根8号生物有机肥,探究不同处理方式对辣椒营养生长、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,超声波处理的辣椒株高、基茎、根重等农艺性状比ck高,但低于既经过超声波处理,又施用草根8号的辣椒;超声波处理具有明显的增产效果,与ck相比,遵辣6号、9号、10号分别增产32.32%,30.29%,5.68%,既经过超声波处理,又施用草根8号的遵辣6号、9号、10号分别增产57.07%,36.00%,16.81%;此外,超声波处理和施用草根8号均具有一定的提质效果,特别是辣椒的维Vc含量和辣椒素含量。研究表明,超声波处理和施用草根8号均对辣椒的生长发育、增产和提质具有促进作用,以既经过超声波处理,又施用草根8号处理的效果最佳。

Effects of Different Processing Methods on the Growthand Quality of Capsicum annuum L.

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of different processing methods on the growth and quality of Capsicum annuum L.Using the local pepper varieties Zunla-6,Zunla-9 and Zunla-10 in Guizhou Province as test materials,the seeds were sonicated with ultrasound before sowing,and Caogen-8 was applied to the roots during the planting period of peppers.Then,exploring the effects of different treatments on the growth,yield and quality of pepper.The results showed that the agronomic traits such as plant height,basal stem,and root weight of the pepper treated with ultrasound were higher than those of ck,but lower than those of the pepper treated with ultrasound and Caogen-8.Ultrasonic treatment had an obvious effect of increasing production.Compared with ck,Zunla-6,Zunla-9,and Zunla-10 increased production by 32.32%,30.29%,and 5.68%,respectively.Both Zunla-6,Zunla-9,and Zunla-10,which were treated with ultrasound and applied with Caogen-8,increased yield by 57.07%,36.00%and 16.81%,respectively.In addition,both ultrasonic treatment and application of Caogen-8 had a certain quality improvement effect,especially the vitamin C content and capsaicin content of pepper.In summary,both ultrasonic treatment and application of Caogen-8 had a promoting effect on the growth and development,yield increase and quality improvement of peppers.Moreover,the ultrasonic treatment and the application of Caogen-8 were the best.
