摘    要:本文系报告番茄罐藏新品种“杂辐25号”育成经过及其罐头制品鉴定情况。“杂辐25号”番茄是由“北京早红”与“粤农2号”的杂种第一代经3万仑琴γ射线照射处理后进行五代选择而定型的。新品种植株为自封顶,株型紧凑,果中型近圆形,产量高且稳定。适宜在我省南部地区气候条件种植。果实的固形物含量为5.82%,番茄红素含量为7.98毫克/百克。由“杂辐25号”番茄制成的高浓度番茄果酱,其酱体细腻稠密,色泽深红,风味正常,番茄红素含量为41.85毫克/百克,吨耗原料为5.64吨。碎块番茄罐头的色泽虹,风味佳,块形好,每百克碎块番茄含番茄红素为6.10—8.60毫克,原料加工回收率为89.3—91.3%。


A REPORT ON BREEDING AND CANNING OF'ZA-FU No.25'(HR No.25)TOMATO
Abstract:A breeding program was carried out by crossing tomato cvs.‘Beijing- Early-Red’with‘Yue-Nong No.2’.The hybrid was treated with radiated ~(60)Co γ-ray at thirty thoudsand R,and then continued on a pedegree selection from the hybrid generation for five progenies.A new canned variety tomato had been bred out as‘Za-fu No.25’(HR No.25).This new variety of tomato appears so many useful characteristics such as determinate campact growth habit with medium size and near globular shape fruit,invariable high yield,and fairly suited to the climatic conditions of Southern Fujian. The fruit pulp contains 5.82% of soluble solid and 7.98mg/100g.of lycopene. According to the quality evaluation,it showed that tomato jam which was made from the fruit‘Za-fu No.25’remains dark red in colour,good in flavour and with fine thick texture as well as high in lycopene content (Tab.4).On processing,one tun jam of 28 degree consumed over 5.64 tons of tomato fruit.On the other hand,canning tomato,pieces also appeared in red colour with good flavour and fine texture.The rate of tomato frui. utilization was 89.3 to 91.3% in the canning of tomato pieces.
