| 摘 要： | 办学理念是大学发展的灵魂，办学理念概念应当从哲学性、精神性、动态性和生态性角度来理解和把握。构建大学理念需要实现办学理念共时性和历时性的统一、科学精神与人文精神的融通、办学特色与一般原则的结合、木土化与国际化的统一，同时要注意充分发挥校长在办学理念形成中的关键作用和教师、学生在实践、发展办学理念中的主体作用。

| Abstract: | The guiding principles for running a school forms the soul Of university development. As these principles should he understood and grasped form both philosophical and spiritual, dynamic and biological angles. Constructing them should base on the unity of synchronic and diachronic principles of running a school, the merge of the spirit of humanism and science, the combination of characteristics of running a school and the general principles, the harmony of nationalization and internationalization, and simultaneously, the core role of the presidents in constructing these principles and the main part the teachers and students take in practicing and developing these principles should he exerted as well . |
