| 摘 要： | 学生能力的差异，知识水平的差异是发展的自然趋势。探讨英语学科中学生的个体差异问题，就是要了解和掌握学生在英语学习中的差异所在，分析产生差异的原因，研究如何在教学中照顾学生差异，以使每个学生的英语水平在原有基础上都得到充分发展。

| Abstract: | The occurrence of students'' differences in their learning abilities and levels of knowledge is a natural trend of individual development. Probing into the individual differences in learning ability of EFL students involves the following: 1) understanding and grasping each individual student'' S differences in English study, 2) analyzing the cause of producing the differences; 3) Studying how to consider individual differences in the teaching process, so that each student'' s English level can get sufficient improvement from the starting point. |
