摘    要:采用大田连作定位试验研究了连作对菊芋开花期与收获期生物量、块茎品质及土壤生物活性的影响.结果表明,开花期与收获期菊芋生物量连作4~5年后均出现下降趋势;连作对收获期块茎蛋白质、还原糖与纤维素含量的影响较为显著,而对开花期影响不显著;土壤酶活性随着连作年限的延长呈先增加而后降低的趋势,脲酶、过氧化氢酶与脱氢酶活性在连作5年后达到最大值,蛋白酶活性连作4年后达到最大值.说明,连作4~5年对菊芋生长、品质及土壤酶活性已产生负面影响,如果继续连作可能产生连作障碍的危险.

Abstract:The biomass,tuber quality of Jerusalem artichoke and soil bioactivity in flowering and harvest stage were studied through a field long-term continuous cropping located experiment.Biomass in flowering and harvest stage presented a downward trend after continuous cropping of 4 to 5 years.Continuous cropping significantly influenced the content of protein,reduced sugar and cellulose in tuber in harvest stage,whereas no effect was found in flowering stage.Activities of enzymes in soil exhibited the phenomena of...
