摘    要:以1年生美人蕉为材料,采用5种不同施氮水平处理,对其进行生理生化指标测定。结果表明:1)不同硝态氮水平处理对提高美人蕉叶片中叶绿素a,叶绿素b含量均有影响;随着N水平的增加,在一定范围内美人蕉叶片中的叶绿素含量均呈上升趋势,其中处理B和处理C效果最明显;但是过量施用氮肥反而会抑制美人蕉的正常生长。2)不同硝态氮处理能有效增加美人蕉叶片中POD酶的活性;但浓度过高的硝态氮处理,反而会降低POD酶的活性;试验显示处理A和处理B效果最佳。

Abstract:1 a Canna indica L. as material, by adopting five different ammonia standard, physiological indicators were test- ed. The results showed : 1. different nitrate ammonias had different effects to the content improve of chlorophyll a and chlo- rophyll b in the leaf. With the increase of the content of the N, the content of chlorophyll increased, and the effect of treat- ment B and C were particularly good, but once over-fertilized, the ammonia fertilizer could restrained the normal growth. 2. all of the nitrate ammonia treatments could effectively increase the activation of POD enzymes, but once the content of ni- trate ammonia treatment was over, the activation of POD enzymes decreased. The test indicated that treatment A and B were the most effective.
