摘    要:研究了蓖麻蚕幼虫感染微孢于虫后,体内谷丙转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶的活力及血淋巴蛋白质浓度的变化。当幼虫感染微孢于虫7天后,中肠和脂肪体的谷丙转氨酶及中肠的碱性磷酸酶的活力显著低于正常幼虫的酶活力。而血淋巴蛋白质的浓度,在受感染9天后比对照组减少。结果表明,受感染幼虫的中肠和脂肪体—组织受到严重的损害,导致合成蛋白质减少和一些酶的活力下降。

Abstract:The activities of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and alkaline phosphatase in Philosamia cynthia ricini larvae infected with microspori-dia were studied. Seven days after infected, the activities of alkaline phosphatase and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase in the midgut and fat body are significantly lower than in normal larvae. Haemolymph Proteins in infected larvae were sharply reduced after 9 days. The results showed that the infected midgut and fat body tissues were se-verly damaged and activities of enzymes and synthesis of protiens were also redueced.
