美洲斑潜蝇发生动态及药剂防治

摘    要:旨在明确美洲斑潜蝇在陕西省的发生危害特点,了解其对不同杀虫剂种类的敏感性和田间防治效果,为美洲斑潜蝇的有效控制提供依据。2016年对陕西省杨凌地区美洲斑潜蝇寄主植物番茄和黄瓜的受害情况进行调查,并通过室内和田间试验,研究7种杀虫剂对美洲斑潜蝇幼虫的毒力和防效。结果表明,4月份前番茄和黄瓜上美洲斑潜蝇发生较轻,随后逐渐加重,7-9月为危害高峰,10月后危害减轻;全年黄瓜受害重于番茄。在供试的7种药剂中,50%灭蝇胺WP、31%阿维·灭蝇胺SC和2.8%阿维·高氯EC不仅毒力较高,LC50分别为5.41mg/L、1.42mg/L和2.87mg/L,而且持效期长,药后7~10d防效仍超过81%,应用效果较好,建议作为首选药剂在生产上推广应用。

Abstract:This study aims to clarify the occurrence dynamics of Liriomyza sativae in Shaanxi province and sensitivity and control efficacy of different insecticides,so as to provide a scientific basis for effectively controlling L.sativae.Damages of main host plants (i.e., tomato and cucumber) caused by L.sativae were investigated in Yangling, Shaanxi in 2016, and toxicity in lab and field control effects of seven pesticides to L.sativae larvae were also studied.The results showed that damage of tomato and cucumber plants caused by L.sativae were milder from October to March.After April, damage levels gradually increased, and the most serious damage occurred during July to September.Compared with tomato crop, damage level of cucumber plant was more serious for the whole year.Of the seven pesticides tested, 50% Cyromazine WP, 31% Avermectins·cyromazine SC and 2.8% Avermectins·cypermethrin EC had not only high toxicity but also long persistent efficacy.Their LC50 values were 5.41,1.42 and 2.87 mg/L, respectively, and control effect were still 81% higher than that of day 7 and 10 after spraying.These three insecticides were thus suggested as a preferred species for application and extension for control of L.sativae.
