| 摘 要： | 本实验旨在研究用阿胶复合中药制剂对817系雏鸡免疫功能和血液指标的影响。选择7日龄的雏鸡80只,随机分为2组,实验组和对照组,设立健康鸡对照组。实验组每日添加中药复合制剂10ml。两组分别于14天、21天、28天进行屠宰前空腹体重、免疫器官的比重以及血清中新城疫抗体指数的检测,测定了血液常规指标的变化。研究结果显示:该试验研究的中药复合制剂可以提高鸡的生长速度,有效提高鸡的抗病能力,实验组红细胞花环率显著提高,该复合制剂对脾脏有促进作用,对胸腺、法氏囊先抑制后促进。血液中常规指标如红细胞数和血红蛋白等均有显著提高。

| Abstract: | The research on the treatment of Chinese herbal medicines to the 817 chicken growth condition and immunity function, was to study the effection of residual chemical drugs in chicken meat. In the experiment, 80 chickens were divided into 2 groups randomly, experimental group and control group. The healthy group is created also. The Chinese herbal medicine was increased 10ml for each experimental chicken per day. In the 14, 21, 28 days, the body weight, the immunity organ heavy as well as the HI antibody titer of Newcastle Disease virus, the normal blood index were detected. The results were showed that： Chinese herbal medicines co-adjuvant can promote the body weight enhancing of chicken, the ability against all kinds of diseases, the growth of the spleen, and suppress the thymus and bursa of fabricius burse first and then promote them.The normal blood index such as RBC and HGB was promoted significantly |
