桑枝屑栽培金针菇的研究

摘    要:桑枝屑栽培金针菇试验的结果表明,桑枝屑的比例不同对金针菇菌丝体的生长速度、金针菇产量和生物学效率的影响不同,以桑枝屑34%、棉子皮40%、麸皮20%、玉米粉5%和石膏1%的培养料组成为最优,此时的生物学效率可达108.92%。因此,桑枝屑是一种优良的金针菇栽培材料。

Abstract:The experiment results showed that,in cultivating Flammulina velutipes,different percentage of mulberry branch powder used as medium would result in different speed of growth,the amount of output and biological efficiency.And the best composation of the medium was as following: mulberry branch powder 34%,cotton seed hull 40%,wheat bran 20%,corn powder 5% and CaSO4 1%.The biological efficiency was 108.92%.Mulberry branch powder was proved to be the ideal material for the cultivation of Flammulina velutipe.
