猪体外受精精子冷冻后的超微结构研究

摘    要:猪鲜精冷冻后,虽保持了一定的活力,但受精能力明显降低。精子结构特别是顶体遭到不同程度的损伤。应用超微结构方法,观察了鲜精体外获能顶体反应(对照组)及冻精解冻(实验组)后顶体结构的改变。二者在质膜膨胀断裂、囊泡化方面,有着十分相似之处,显示冷冻解冻后,可以使有些精子产生一种假顶体反应(PscudoacrosomalReaction),从而导致受精率下降。

Abstract:The fertilizing competence of porcine speermatozoa was reduced and their structure,especially that or the acrosome, was damaged to different degree after frozenthawed.Very similiar ultrastructural changes were found in the acrosome between soon after thawing(Experimental group)and during in vitro fertilization of fresh semen(Cortrol group)and these included swelling,breaking of the plasma membrane and vesiculation of the outer acrosomal membrane.This indicated that the freezing procedure had made some spermatozoa undergo a pseudoacrososmal reaction which reduced the fertilization rate.
