摘    要:以平菇厉眼菌蚊(Lycoriella pluroti )3~4龄幼虫为目标虫,对8种低毒农药进行筛选试验.结果表明,高效氯氟氰菊酯对平菇厉眼菌蚊幼虫的毒力最强,其致死中浓度为0.005 mg/mL,对糙皮侧耳菌丝生长影响较弱,抑菌中浓度为0.023 mg/mL;在糙皮侧耳生产中,每袋使用该药剂30 mL处理的杀虫率达100%,10 mL处理的杀虫率为67.1%;喷施该药(10mL)7 d后子实体中无残留检出.高效氯氟氰菊酯适用于糙皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)生产中防治平菇厉眼菌蚊.

Abstract:Eight pesticides were tested against third-and fourth-instar larvae of Lycoriella pluroti,an insect pest associated with the industrial-scale cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus.β-Cyfluthrin exhibited the highest toxicity towards the insect larvae with a LC50 value of 0.005 mg/mL,but displayed a relatively low inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of P.ostreatus with an IC50 value of 0.023 mg/mL.Treatments of mushroom culture bags with 30 mL and 10 mL β-cyfluthrin solution at a concentration of 0.005 mg/mL were 100% and 67.1% effective,respectively in controlling insect infestation during mushroom cultivation.No residual β-cyfluthrin was detected in the mushroom fruit bodies after spraying for seven days.Our data indicated that β-cyfluthrin is suitable for controlling L.pluroti infestations during P.ostreatus cultivation.
