| 摘 要： | 水-乙醇-硫酸铵构成的双水相体系,具有不使用有毒有机溶剂、萃取条件温和的特点.使用测定上下相电导和折光的方法,测定了分相前乙醇含量为30%和40%的溶液分相后上下相的组成;上下相的组成和硫酸铵的加入量有关.分相前乙醇含量为40%的溶液,分相后上相的乙醇含量可达55%,同时上相中仍含约0.03 g/ml的硫酸铵;下相乙醇含量在10%左右,硫酸铵的含量约为0.45 g/ml.

| Abstract: | The(NH4)2SO4-C2H5OH-H2O aqueous twophase system has no harmful organic solvents and its separation condition is mild.The composition could be determinated with the electric conductance and refractive index method after demixed in the solutions including 30% ethanol or 40% ethanol into two phases.The up-phase contended approximately 55% ethanol and 0.03 g/ml ammonium sulfate was still remained,while the down-phase contended approximately 10% ethanol and 0.45 g/ml ammonium sulfate. |
