碗莲花芽分化过程中酶活性的变化

摘    要:以碗莲品种锦旗为试验材料,研究了碗莲花芽分化进程中各个时期过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化。结果表明:莲叶中的CAT活性随着花芽分化的进行逐渐增加,莲藕中的CAT活性变化不明显;花芽分化过程中,莲叶的SOD活性相对于营养生长期来说,一直处于较高的水平,莲藕中的SOD活性在花萼分化期达到低谷,在后面的花芽分化时期一直持续增强;莲叶与莲藕中的POD活性的变化规律比较接近,花芽分化始期活性增强,在花萼分化期同时达到峰值,随即迅速下降。

Abstract:The changes of CAT,SOD and POD activity during the flower bud differentiation in Nelumbo nucifera were studied in the experiment.The results indicated that the CAT activity of leaves presented an increasing trend in the process of flower bud differentiation,but had no obvious variation in the root.The SOD activity in the whole flower bud differentiation process maintained a higher level,compared to that in vegetative growth phase.The SOD activity in the sepal differentiation phase declined to the lowest point,but kept increasing in the following phrase.The curve of the POD activity in leaf and the root were similar,and the POD activity gradually increased during the flower bud differentiation initiation phase,which reached to the peak in the sepal differentiation phase,then began to decrease.
