烟草漂浮育苗基质新型材料育苗试验

摘    要:热研4号王草经过加工、发酵处理后与蛭石和珍珠岩以不同比例配比混合进行烟草漂浮育苗试验。结果表明,经过发酵处理的两种粒径的草粉在不同的处理和配方下具有显著的出苗差异,筛选出发芽率较好的2个配方:粒径7处理1反应程度80%配比3:2:5的两次发芽率为81.84%和59.38%;粒径4处理2配比3:2:5反应程度100%的两次发芽率为86.25%和68.75%。

Abstract:The tobacco suspending seedling experiment was carried on. The substrate is the Reyan No.4 king grass after the processing and fermenting and mixing with pearl rock and vermiculite with different ratio. the result shows there is significance difference between the two fermented grass meal under the different treatment and different ratio, and the several substrates of higher germination rates were picked out : when the diameter is 7, the treatment is 1 , the reaction degree is 80% and the ratio is 3:2:5, the two germination rates are 81.84% and 59.38% respectively; when the diameter is 4, the treatment is 2, the reaction degree is 100% and the ratio is 3:2:5, the two germination rates are 86.25% and 68.75% respectively.
